When you finish filling out the Letter of Transmittal, please print it and include it with the physical media. Also save it and rename it, noting the study, event date, data type, QC level, and date of transmission.

For dates, use the following format: YYYYDDMM

When all the files have ben uploaded, contact Dan Smith at AEA. He will retrieve the hard drive.
